Aarna Sewpaul (9 months)

My baby’s name is Aarna and she is now 11mths old. Unfortunately she was used to being rocked to fall asleep. She would sleep for 30mins and wake up still wanting to sleep more and I would then have to rock her again before putting her down. The smallest noise would wake her. It was really becoming too much and I felt like I didn’t have a life anymore. I started to dread each day!!

I then decided this can’t go on as the situation is not getting any better, and that is when I contacted Fatima..... Aarna was just over 9 months at the time. I implemented the Baby Love program and it worked sooo well. I immediately saw results as baby didn’t sleep much in the day previously, and by the 3rd night she slept through....so amazing!

Also for me just the fact that she was able to fall sleep without being rocked was a miracle. I never thought that would be possible as she was so dependent on me making her sleep. Aarna is a much happier child now that her body is getting the rest that it needs.

Starting the Baby Love programme was really the best decision I made. Obviously it is difficult in the beginning but it gets better as the days go by....as with life nothing is easy...
