Jana Strydom (10 months)

We were just about at our wits end with trying to get Jana to sleep when we heard about Baby Love.

Jana wanted to be rocked, driven around, walked, jiggled, etc to fall asleep and as she was getting bigger, this started to become a problem. I always thought that when she grows up she won't let me hold her so I'd hold her for as long as she had no choice in the matter, but that was such a bad idea! Jana would arch her back, kick me, bite me and scream at me while I attempted to get her asleep.

When we implemented the Baby Love program it was difficult, no doubt, to put her down in her cot and walk out of her room while she cried. But the crying literally lasted 2 days max. I think in the end she was kicking and screaming for us to put her down instead of rocking her!

Now we're sleeping through the night, she still cries sometimes, but it's more whining than crying and it doesn't even last a minute. I think thanks to Baby Love, Jana is a happier child, she gets enough sleep for her age and in general she's just such a friendly and happy child. Now we get to enjoy her even more!
